Entry fee refunds for the European Veterans Table Tennis Championships 2027
The refund amount depends on when your request is received. All deadlines are at 23:59, CET+1 (UTC+2) on the date shown.
Full refund
From registration opening until 31 October 2026
Requests received by 23:59 (CET+1) on 31 October 2026 are eligible for a 100% refund of the entry fee.
Half refund
1 November 2026 until 31 December 2026
Requests received from 1 November 2026 through 23:59 (CET+1) on 31 December 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund of the entry fee.
Partial refund
1 January 2027 until 31 March 2027
Requests received from 1 January 2027 through 23:59 (CET+1) on 31 March 2027 are eligible for a 15% refund of the entry fee.
No refund
From 1 April 2027 onwards
From 1 April 2027, entry fees are non-refundable.

Please contact the organising committee with your refund request. The applicable percentage is determined by the date and time your request is received.
